Fairview Senior Living and Care Retirment Community Installation. Fairview offers a diverse range of Independent Living options to meet the specific needs of you or your loved one. Located on 70 acres of riverfront land in Groton, CT, Fairview was founded in 1892 by the CT Independent Order of Odd Fellows Grand Lodge as a non-profit senior housing and healthcare provider. Today, the campus includes multiple facilities, providing rehabilitation services and options for independent living. Fairview offers several amenities but the one they were missing was a movie screen in their recreation room.  We installed a drop down screen and projector in their recreation room.
