Smarthome was the right choice for me and I would give them my highest recommendation possible. I can't speak highly enough about the company and its people.
I absolutely love my theatre.
I couldn't be happier with the installation of my system.
My wife called to make an appointment to talk to a representative about what we wanted to do in our family room. She immediately talked to the owner Jared who listened to her and then set up an appointment for his salesperson Chris to come by our house.
Chris, our salesperson, is very good at his job. He wasn't there to "sell" us something but rather to hear what we were thinking of doing. Chris is knowledgeable and professional. He was the reason we went with Smarthome. We trusted him to deliver and we were correct in our decision. It's nice to believe in what someone tells you and they come through.
Chris was right. The installation team was top notch. Ralph led the installation team. He is very knowledgeable and has a vast experience in electronics. He did all he could to meet our suggestions. They never rushed. The crew took their time to get it right. At the end of the day, Ralph made sure we would have a working system for the weekend. He was followed up by John who finished tying up any loose ends. John made sure that I knew how to operate the system and explained the different components.
When the job was complete, we were left with an incredibly system that my family will enjoy for years. Every scrap and box was removed and all the wiring was neatly tied together.

I just moved to the area so I didn't have the luxury of talking to neighbors and seek out references. I called one company and they never returned my call. When we called Smarthome they responded immediately.
