Albe Furs - digital signage
Challenge
Albe Furs has two retail locations in Connecticut. They were looking for digital signage to be installed in both locations so they could have messages targeted toward their shoppers.
The messages and advertisements displayed on the screens are easily accessed by marketing staff by uploading to 'the cloud'. This method allows for updates from almost anywhere. Content can be created and assembled by various members of the team and when finished, uploaded to the screens. This also allows for content to be uploaded to both retail locations to have a consistent marketing message, without leaving the office.
Solution
The challenge with this job was that Smarthome needed to work around store hours, basically working before and after the store was closed to the public. We also had to cover all the merchandise with tarps and keep dust at a minimum, cleaning up and making sure the store looked as if it wasn't touched when the workers finished the install. Smarthome was trusted to work in the store while management was not there and completed this job in a very timely fashion.
